Establish CIBT Endowment Fund, Scholarships, Bursaries; Expand the CIBT revenue generating and fundraising activities to support existing and new programmes and projects.
Deepen and refine all aspects of communications
from web presence to external relations with the goal of creating a stronger CIBT brand: Public Relations. Oversee marketing and other communication efforts locally, nationally, and internationally. Encourage cross-promotional methods; Leverage existing local, national and international networks to communicate and promote the CIBT Brand.
Planning & New Business:
Design the CIBT expansion and complete the strategic business planning process for the programme expansion into new markets; Revise the existing CIBT Strategic Plan and design a strategy to implement some of the newly proposed interventions in the strategic plan.
Leadership & Management :
Jointly ensure ongoing programmatic excellence, rigorous programme evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals; Actively engage and energise volunteers, management, Council members, event committees, alumni, partnering organisations, and funders; Develop, maintain, and support a strong Governing Council; serve as ex-officio of key committees and boards, seek and build Council involvement with strategic direction for both ongoing local, national and international operations; Lead, coach, develop, and retain Non-profit’s high-performance senior management team; Ensure effective systems to track scaling progress, and regularly evaluate programme components, to measure successes that can be effectively communicated to the Governing Council, funders, and other constituents.

o The CIBT Alumni Office
o The CIBT International Office
o Consultancy Services
o The CIBT Sports Centre & Gym
o The CIBT Stationery and Souvenir Shop (eg: sub fusc/academic gowns; CIBT T-shirts, CIBT souvenirs etc.)
o The CIBT Canteen & Restaurant
o The CIBT Transport Office
o The CIBT Monitoring and Evaluation Office
o Refurbishment of the CIBT Chapel- The Seat of Wisdom Chapel
